Csirkecomb Pécs Módra/Fünfkircher (Wieländer) Hendl

Fry a couple of sliced onions and garlic cloves in a little oil until brown. Add a teaspoon of paprika powder, two halved tomatoes, two sliced courgettes and four chicken legs. Fry the chicken for a few minutes, turning frequently, until it’s browned. Season with salt and pepper, add a tin of chopped tomatoes, 75g of tomato puree, a vegetable stock cube, a dash of white wine and half a teaspoon each of mustard, rosemary and Erős Pista. When it’s all cooking, turn the heat down a bit and simmer until the chicken is cooked through.

Serve with fried diced potatoes or pasta, and a green salad.
